Then stop — use Verify with Registration Number instead. It links your existing record to a portal login immediately, with no waiting for Registry review. Using this form when you already have a registration number creates a confusing duplicate record.

Use this form only if all of the following are true:

You already joined HBU in an earlier intake and have sat exams or done coursework before.
You are not on your programme's current class list and have no portal account.
You do not know your registration number, or never received one.

If you are a brand-new applicant, use the normal admission form instead — this one is for correcting a missing record, not applying afresh.

The Registry will check what you enter here against your intake before adding you, so your registration number stays correct for the year you actually joined (not this year).
